The Ruins | Building Sites project consists of shots that contrast two temporalities of city architecture: on the one hand, architecture and ruins of the past that are reincarnated and integrated into the present landscape (a look back into memory) and, on the other hand, architecture that emerges from the landscape as a new creation ( a projection into the future). Two existences that inhabit the same urban space while living with distinct characteristics: images of ruins are taken head-on, building sites have sharper perspectives.
