If photography has been enriched with new sensibilities and new instruments that have changed its ability to produce and process images, it is also true that among its old names there remain authentic inspirational muses. Such is the case with the experimentalism of Man Ray, still a source of inspiration today. Balata’s photographs are both a reflection on creativity and knowledge of technical means and their evolution.
