An intimate, almost autobiographical journey, because taking portraits is a way for Candiani to establish friendly relations and leave a meaningful human trace. An encounter is an important event from which a friendship and undoubtedly a meaningful experience can be born. And with humility, decisiveness and complicity the photographer creates empathy and harmony with the portrayed subjects. Thus photographers, models and ordinary people are predominantly shot in black and white, although colour also has a significant presence in the development of the project.
