NEW DATES FOR PHOTOFESTIVAL 2020: THE MILANESE EVENT DEDICATED TO PHOTOGRAPHY WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 4 MAY TO 30 JUNE
Milan, 9th march 2020 – The fifteenth edition of Photofestival, the widespread photography exhibition promoted by AIF – Associazione Italiana Foto & Digital Imaging – initially scheduled from April 16 to June 30, 2020 throughout the Milanese metropolitan area and in some neighboring provinces – will be held from May 4 to 30 June.
The choice to postpone the events was born in relation to the recent ministerial decree containing regulations on the containment of the spread of Coronavirus in Lombardy and other provinces, valid until April 3.
Confident that at that date the critical phase has passed and that cultural initiatives can take place normally, the organization has decided to postpone the opening of the event on May 4, and is already working to allow a reprogramming of the festival’s activities.
It is a strong desire of Photofestival to include all the events of the realities that have passionately joined the exhibition, in order to build together a photographic proposal that lives up to expectations, in the belief that the creativity and enthusiasm of the network that exists between the various cultural realities , in Milan and beyond, is a key to start again.
