Angelo Mereu is an eclectic photographer in his ability to enhance the beauty of the colours of the places where he travels, as well as to dwell on the human figure, the harmony of which he emphasises. Often, as in this case where he chooses the expressiveness of black and white, he pursues a project and does so by taking his time. He shoots in places that are distant from each other, but which are brought closer together by that sky on which the clouds chase each other imposingly, outlining both light and threatening situations, imaginary stories, surprising figures such as the one that so closely resembles his Sardinia, wings that a child seems to wear like an amused Icarus.
