As part of the program of the seventh edition of Merate Incontra la Fotografia, this year dedicated to the dialectical relationship that binds cinema and photography, L’umanità fragile [Fragile humanity] is an exhibition created by the 3M Foundation with images from its archives, to pay homage to the figure of Alberto Sordi. It features a series of stills from some of the most important films in which the actor portrayed contradictory characters who move too much, laugh even when they shouldn’t, and dream of feats they are unable to accomplish.
